Terms and Conditions for Snndr Logistics

Welcome to Snndr Logistics! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services for car and bike shipping across India. By booking a shipment with Snndr Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Snndr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

Owner’s Risk: The transportation of cars and bikes is undertaken at the owner’s risk. Snndr is not liable for any damages, losses, or theft that may occur during transit unless insurance is purchased separately.

Delivery Points: Deliveries are made to the driver/unloading point specified at the time of booking. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the vehicle at the delivery point.

Fuel Requirements: Vehicles should have a minimum amount of fuel to facilitate loading and unloading. Snndr recommends maintaining at least 5 liters of fuel in the tank.

Allowed Kilometers: During transit, the vehicle may be driven up to 100 kilometers for operational purposes, including loading, unloading, and other necessary movements.

Insurance: Transit insurance is not included in the standard shipping service. Customers can purchase insurance separately to cover any potential damages or losses during transportation.

Delivery Time: While Snndr strives to meet committed delivery times, certain factors beyond our control, such as government policies, state regulations, border issues, and climatic conditions, may affect the delivery schedule. Snndr will not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation: Upon booking a shipment, you will receive a confirmation detailing the pickup and delivery points, estimated delivery time, and the total cost.

Payment Terms: Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment can be made via our online platform using accepted credit/debit cards or other payment methods as specified.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total shipment cost.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle, including make, model, registration number, and any special instructions. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or additional charges.

Vehicle Condition: Ensure that the vehicle is in good running condition and free from illegal items or substances. Snndr reserves the right to refuse transport if the vehicle is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for shipping.

Inspection: Customers are advised to inspect their vehicle for any pre-existing damages and document them before handing over the vehicle to Snndr. This will help in assessing any potential damages incurred during transit.

4. Liability and Dispute Resolution

Limited Liability: Snndr’s liability for any damages or losses is limited to the amount paid for the shipping service, unless additional transit insurance is purchased.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussions. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City/State].

 5. Miscellaneous

Amendments: Snndr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via our website or email.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
